The most common type of aluminum part is die casting parts,which  is made when molten aluminum is poured into the mold that  is then cooled to form parts, which are then removed from the mold and placed on machining equipment for finishing.  Before the casting can be used, it must be machined to remove pores and pores and burrs.  The finished part surface can be sandblasted, polished, anodized, hard anodized, painting or powder coating according to customer's order requirements.  Aluminum parts can also be formed by other methods not often involved in proces sing, such as extrusion, forging and rolling.
